Introduction
Patch electrodes are a fully customizable and convenient way to perform EMG, ECG, and EEG recordings or stimulation on cortical, muscular, digestive, heart or other peripheral tissue. Patches can be cut to the desired shape and size and incorporate a variety of different contact counts and spacings to match the geometry of the target tissue.
Electrode contacts can be specified to almost any geometrical shape and size. The silicone patch material or substrate is available in several different thicknesses and durometers for specifying flexibility depending on the application.
