3. Click the Paypal button next to the desired product.
For Multichannel Arrays, Nerve Cuffs and Patch electrodes
For us to prepare and send you a quote for your order, you must first fill out an Online Design Form by clicking on the link within the product page or in Support and Download section.

- Credit Card orders can be placed by calling +1 301-330-9788. When calling please give the following information : billing, shipping address, contact email and phone number, credit card information.
- If you were given a Tracking number, please reference Tracking number number when placing an order.
For first time overseas customers we typically require a 50% pre-payment of the total order amount by bank transfer or credit card. Once the order is shipped, the customer should complete the payment of the other 50% within 30 days of the date of the Invoice.
